Dear Homeowners,
I wanted to send out a friendly reminder that the Farm at Wescott Homeowners Association will be holding its Annual Meeting on June 27th, 2011 at 6:30 pm at the Ft. Dorchester Elementary School, 5201 Old Glory Lane, Summerville, SC 29485. Please remember to conduct official business at the meeting the Association will need 25% of the members to be represented by attending or via proxy. It is very important that if you can not attend the upcoming meeting to please fill out and return you proxy. If a quorum is not met, the meeting will have to be rescheduled, resulting in unnecessary expenses to the Association. Please return your proxy by mail, email, or fax (843-795-8482) no later than May 24, 2011 if you will not be attending.

If you plan to forward it via email and do not have the opportunity to sign and scan then please forward a copy of the proxy with written consent including date, name, address, and who you would like to have receive your proxy.*
