Quick Updates:
- Pool Season: Pool season is in full swing and the Association is trying to provide a safe and beautiful pool amenity. Please remember the pool rules and to respect the pool monitor on duty. She is doing a job with the direction of your Board of Directors. Please note that if you have not paid your past assessments your pool key will not work to acess the pool, and the pool monitor will ask you to contact management for further information. If you believe that card should be activated due to a recent payment or a clerical error, please contact me, Aaron Hettessheimer, at 843-795-8484 ext. 323. The pool monitor does not have the information or the ability to correct this issue on site, so please call me to review.
- Exercise Room- a new elliptical machine was installed in the exercise room. Unfortnately, one of the hand grips was ripped on the handle upon delivery. The part has been ordered by the company and will be replaced soon. Please enjoy!!
- Violations- As you know it is that time of year where the grass grows quickly and the weeds grow out of control. Please help us keep The Farm beautiful by addressing these issues routinely.
