Manager Updates:
Exercise Room: A new eliptical has been purchased and will be installed over the next couple of weeks. Also, Please note that new signs have been posted to remind everyone that if you are not 16 years of age you must be accompanied by an adult to be in the amentiy center, including the exercise room.
Spring Installations: Over the next couple of weeks the Landscape Commpany will completeing the spring installations of flowers and pine straw.
Violation Inspections: As everyone knows it is very important to keep the asthetics of the community up to ensure that the communities property values are protected. Spring time is a very busy time of the year when it comes to home maintenance. The Association would like to remind everyone of some routine maintenance that should be performed: Pressure washing, landscape maintenance, Landscape bed maintenance, Paint fence, and paint mailbox. Pleae set your schedule and help up keep you community beautiful!!!
