Quick Updates:
Exercise Room:
-A couple of new mats have been put down to protect the flooring, and
new pad was installed on the Nautilus machine.
-One treadmill is out of order and will be replace here shortly with a new elliptical machine.
**** Due to a recent Break in we are asking all homeowners to report any suspicious activity at the amenity center directly to the local authorities****
Spring Cleaning
With Spring right around the corner I would like to remind everyone to schedule the following maintenance:
- Pressure Washing
- Mailbox- Paint and repairs
- Fence- Paint and repairs
- Landscape preperations
