Dear Homeowners,
Trash can gone missing? If you are a homeowner that recently had thier garbage can or recycling bin stolen please make sure you make a report with the North Charleston Police Department. They need this type of correspondence from the neighborhood for awareness, and it gives them the oppurtunity to use the proper investigative tools.
