Dear Homeowners,
I hope everyone is enjoying their Summer. I would like to remind everyone to please forward any HOA concerns or questions, large or small, over to me via email at aaron@cmgcharleston.com. It is important as a managing agent receive correspondence from the neighborhood. This allows me to be made aware of all the issue both positive and negative, and to act accordingly.
Quick Updates
- Pool monitor on duty!! Most of you are aware by now that the Association has employed a pool monitor. The duties of this pool monitor is to ensure that everyone is adhering to the rules and to turn away an trespassers.
- Homeowners that are delinquent in with their accounts will have their pool privileges revoked. The pool monitor will have an updated Homeowners report to turn away these individuals. Also, the pool magnetic key for these individuals will be turned off.
-Reporting Crime- in recent months many homeowners have called or emailed me about suspicious activities or criminal activity. In the future, please contact the North Charleston Dispatch before you contact the HOA. The local authorities have the ability to enforce these violations or laws, not the HOA. It is important to make us aware of these situations afterward, but please don't use the HOA initially.
