Dear Homeowners,
With pool season here again I want to remind you of the following rules associating with the pool and amenity center.
- Pool Hours 10am-10pm
- Must be a Farm Homeowner in good standing with the association.
- 2 guest per household
- Must be 16 or older, anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult
- Id and security card required at all times
- Proper bathing attire required
- no glass containers
- no diapers, children swimmies only
- no cussing
- no grilling
- no chairs in the pool
- please make sure to dry off completely before entering the amenity center or
exercise room
- no horse play in the pool or surrounding areas
- no running
- no swimming under the influence of alcohol
A pool monitor has been employed this year to monitor the pool. They will be given the right to ask you to leave the facilities if you are not abiding by the previous rules.
