Dear Homeowners,
I hope all is well in the community!
Quick Updates:
- Pool was closed Oct.1, Gates are left open for homeowners to still enjoy the surrounding area and the playground. Please respect this area and remember that cameras are in place and operable.
- Patriots Parkway has light! I hope everyone is enjoying the recently installed lights down Patriots Parkway.
- With the Holiday Season coming up the HOA would like to get some volunteers together to help decorate the amenity center. As we all know the budget is very slim this year, so if you have extra decorations that are not being used bring over. Keep your eyes peeled for an email to come out soon with more information.
- Violations are always an ongoing problem in our neighborhood. Please remember that our enforcement department is out in the neighborhood weekly to write up violations. Please try to make any appeal within ten days of recieving the violation letter.
