Quick Updates:
- Pool will be closed October 1 for the season. I hope you all enjoyed your summer at pool. It was one of the most peaceful pool seasons we had as a management company at The Farm. We appreciate all your help. Thank you.
- Patriots Parkway Light project is moving quickly and is on schedule. Soon there will be light coming soon.
- Holiday decorations: It is the beginning of the Holiday Season, so it is time to decorate. Please be mindful of your neighbors. If you have questions on what is allowed please contact Aaron Hetteseheimer via email at ahettesheimer@cmgcharleston.com.
-Crime Prevention meeting was held recently at the amenity center. Corporal West from North Charleston Police Department informed the community about its current issues. He informed us the most frequent crime committed in The Farm is Breaking and entry of cars. He also informed me that %90 of these cars that were broken into were unlocked. Please lock your doors! We will be scheduling another meeting in the upcoming future, so please look out for a email from your association.
