Homeowner Updates
Pool Keys- Homeowners please be aware that recently the lock on the front door of the Amenity center had been damaged and needed some work done. It has come to our attention that some keys are not working on the lock even though the lock hasn't been changed. If you run into a problem with your key not working properly please contact our office, and we will send out a replacement.
Pond Maintenance Update- At the most recent meeting many homeowners discussed the conditions of some of our ponds. I am working with the Landscapers to get these issues taken care of, so please be patient as we try to fit this work into our current budget.
Alligator Update- D and R has come out to inspect the alligator that frequently visits our pond behind East Red Maple in Planters View. Their review stated that at this moment they do feel this alligator poses any threat to humans. We will keep an eye on the situation and if anyone feels that this situation has changed please contact me at ahettesheimer@cmgcharleston.com
